• What are your Customer Service hours?

  Customer Service is open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. For a customer service or delivery emergencies, please contact our Dispatching Department at 973-928-5582 ext. 5584—up to 1 am.

• What days do you deliver?
  We deliver 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Where do you deliver?
  Our routes cover Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. We also have routes that cover some parts of New Jersey, and distributors who cover the tri-state area.
• How can I get your products if I am not within the range of your coverage area?

  If your location is not covered by our routes, our Customer Service team will provide you the names of our distributors closest to you.

• Is there a delivery fee?

  No, as long as you meet the minimum delivery requirements. Simply set up a new customer account by emailing our sales department (someone will get back to you within one business day) or calling 973.928.5582 and pressing “2” for sales.

• How do I place an order?

  By phone, fax or email. You’ll find the information on our Contact Us page.

• How can I pay for my order?
  By COD, weekly or monthly.
• What is the minimum order amount?

  The minimum order amount is $30.00.

• Who do I contact if delivery is not on time or if I got wrong boxes?
  We have 24-hour emergency contact numbers that will be provided to you when you place an order.
• Where can I get Nutritional Information for your products?

  Please contact Customer Service at 973.928.5582 and press option “1.” We will happily provide it to you.

• Are your products “Trans Fat free?”

  Yes.

• Are your products Kosher?

  Yes.
